Term Care Select

Kia Term Care Select is a safeguard for several key components not covered under your warranty. The care plan provides protection in the case of mechanical failure for items that are subject to wear and tear, like brakes, batteries, headlights, and more – all with a $0 deductible.

Term Care Select Plus

Term Care Select provides coverage for the following.

• Brake Pads: This service includes the replacement of both front and rear brake pads or shoes once during the Service Contract period.
• Battery: Provides for a single battery replacement within the Service Contract term, compensating the difference if the manufacturer's prorated refund does not cover the full cost of the battery.
• Tires and Wheels: Offers up to $200 towards each tire or wheel replacement, with a total maximum of $1,200 for all tire or wheel repair or replacement services over the life of the contract.
• Headlamps: Entitles unlimited headlamp replacements throughout the Service Contract duration (excluding damage from impacts).
• Windshield Wiper Blades: Allows for the replacement of one set of windshield wiper blades and/or inserts once during the Service Contract term.
• Belts and Hoses: Covers the replacement of all engine belts and hoses within the Service Contract period, including but not limited to vacuum pump, serpentine, power steering, alternator, supercharger, air pump, air conditioner, and water pump belts, as well as heater, bypass, throttle body, upper and lower radiator, air conditioning, power steering pressure and return, air, washer, vacuum, and fuel hoses.
• Electrical: Provides unlimited replacement of fuses and both interior and exterior light bulbs throughout the Service Contract term. This includes turn signal, engine compartment, running, fog, stop, backup, license plate, parking, trunk, dome, courtesy, visor, map, and glove box lights (excluding damage from impacts).
• Wheel Alignment: Includes one wheel alignment service during the Service Contract period.

Driver’s One Card

In addition to the generous coverage included in the Term Care Select, Kia drivers enrolled in Term Care Select Plus will also receive membership in Driver’s OneCard. The membership offers reimbursement for the repair or replacement of a key and/or key fob, limited to one occurrence per year, with a maximum of $400 per event. You’ll also get 4-hour roadside assistance and towing service coverage, which provides up to $100 for each sign-and-drive roadside assistance or towing service, available 24/7. The included lockout protection coverage covers up to $50 for each sign-and-drive service in the event of a vehicle lockout. Trip interruption coverage compensates up to $100 daily for expenses such as food, lodging, and alternative transportation, with a limit of $500 per incident. Other key coverage items include:
